My dad also recently made the plunge to a plant based whole food diet. When I asked my son what he wanted to do on our Friday night his reply was to make homemade pizzas and watch a Hallmark murder mystery. We bought everyone’s favorite toppings and fresh dough from Whole Foods. Now that’s my kind of Friday night!
